IF YOU ALSO HAVE THIS PROBLEM, PLEASE POST A COMMENT. Please mention what console you have (XBox, PS3, Wii). Also, describe your drum setup: Are you using the standard RB drums with MadCatz cymbals added on, or the MIDI-Pro Adapter and a electronic drum brain? If the latter, which brain? When using a the MadCatz MIDI-Pro Adapter with your own e-drum kit, hitting two different cymbals at precisely the same time sometimes triggers one of the cymbals and the tom of the same color of the other cymbal. This happens both during gameplay and in freestyle mode. For example, hitting yellow and green cymbals together may trigger the yellow cymbal and green tom, or vice versa. It doesn't matter which two cymbals you hit, and it *never* triggers a tom of the color different from the two cymbals hit. This is happening even when the drum triggers are disconnected from the brain, so it can not be a crosstalk issue. I have verified with other software that my drum brain (Alesis Trigger IO) ! is always sending out the proper MIDI notes. The problem is also noted by YouTube expert pro drummer RHCPFL3A: "theres a glitch with the pro adapter.. or with RB3 idk.. whenever you hit the 2 cymbals at the same time.. one of the 2 cymbals will drop a note.. so im playing them as if they were slightly seperated." www.youtube.com This problem is also noted by others in the Harmonix forums: www.rockband.com
